The Book of Mormon on Broadway — Rear Center Mezzanine / Front Far Sides

About this activity

A satirical musical about two missionaries sent to Uganda, The Book of Mormon is performed at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre, 230 W 49th St, New York, NY 10019. This selection is Rear Center Mezzanine / Front Far Sides; the actual assigned section and seat are shown on the issued ticket. One show ticket, live entertainment tax and handling fees are included. Transport, meals, drinks and personal expenses are excluded. Allow about 2 hours 30 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

Admission and seats Use the separate electronic admission ticket accessed through the link in the confirmation email, not the booking voucher. Check the seat allocation on that ticket. If it will not open, seek help from the theatre box office. Arrive early for admission checks; late seating is at the theatre's discretion. Specific seat numbers cannot be selected. Request companions together and confirm the actual allocation before promising adjacent seats. The supplier states electronic ticket and seat delivery within 24 hours; confirm receipt before travel. Dissatisfaction with an assigned seat does not itself qualify for a refund. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Age and access The show contains explicit language and flashing effects. The supplier and production FAQ say age 4+, while the current venue operator requires 5+. Do not promise entry below age 5 without resolving the discrepancy; all admitted guests need a ticket. Mezzanine access requires stairs and the theatre has no elevator or escalator. Accessible wheelchair seats are in the Orchestra, not this selected category.

Validity and cancellation Use the issued ticket only on its confirmed date and time. The selected public supplier package states a full refund for cancellation at least 3 days before the selected activity date. Confirm the exact B2B cancellation cutoff and amendment rules before promising a refund or change. Another supplier cancellation line contains an unfilled template, and its unused-ticket postponement wording is discretionary. Neither provides a guaranteed refund or rebooking right.
