This is the adult category for ages 18 and over. Children aged 0–4 enter free without a ticket; children aged 0–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ages 16–17, visitors aged 65 and over, and eligible students aged 18 and over are listed under separate concession categories; bring the required identification for a concession ticket.

The ticket is valid for the confirmed visit date; follow any entry time on the issued ticket and check current opening and last-entry times. Tower Hill station on the Circle and District lines is about a five-minute walk away. Re-entry after leaving is not permitted and there is no luggage storage.
