Royal Edinburgh Ticket: a 48-hour hop-on hop-off bus pass plus entry to Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Royal Yacht Britannia. The current operator routes are CitySightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour. Edinburgh Tour has live English commentary; the other routes have recorded multilingual commentary. Meals, drinks, tips and personal spending are excluded.

Audio guides: the selected package lists a free guide at Britannia and at the palace, including Russian subject to availability. Edinburgh Castle's audio guide, also available in Russian, is an optional extra purchased separately; its appearance in the supplier's inclusion section does not make it free.

Using your ticket: show the mobile voucher to Edinburgh Bus Tours to exchange it. It cannot be exchanged at Edinburgh Castle. Following the roadworks change from 6 September 2026, use George Street, Stop GG opposite Assembly Rooms, rather than the supplier's old Waterloo Place address. Staff allocate the Castle entry slot; the supplier advises a latest Castle entry of 14:30, so check the allocated slot if collecting late.

Validity and ages: the public option gives a 180-day redemption window from confirmation, ending at 23:59 on the final day, but another line calls it six months. Use the exact expiry printed on the issued voucher. Bus access lasts 48 hours after activation; confirm the required attraction visit dates. Adult fare starts at 16; ages 5–15 need a paying adult. Up to two children aged 0–4 per paying adult are listed as free; this is distinct from bus-only child promotions.

Access and closures: buses accommodate wheelchairs and pushchairs, but historic attractions have slopes, uneven surfaces and stairs. Check the palace calendar, including Tuesday/Wednesday closures. Replacement attractions are not guaranteed for every closure. Current service alerts can affect stops.

Cancellation: the public option describes full cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, in destination local time, with no refund after redemption, expiry, partial use, or ticket loss/damage. Confirm the full conditions applicable to the B2B booking before purchase.
