Check-in at Buchanan Bus Station closes at 08:15 — look for the blue bus at Stances 23–32 — and departure is at 08:30. The route runs about nine and a half hours and takes in The Kelpies, Midhope Castle, Stirling Castle, Loch Lomond and Balloch, with regular comfort breaks and photo stops; the duration can vary with traffic and weather. Admission to Stirling Castle, the Loch Lomond cruise and Midhope Castle is not included, and neither are hotel pick-up and drop-off, meals and beverages, insurance, tips and gratuities or other personal expenses. Return is to Buchanan Bus Station at 18:00, and you should allow at least three hours after the scheduled return time for any onward travel or connections.
