London Heathrow Plaza Premium Lounge — Terminal 4 Departures, 3 Hours

About this activity

Spend up to three hours in the Plaza Premium Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 4 Departures. This selection is for one person at T4; the Terminal 2, Terminal 3 Arrivals, Terminal 5 and six-hour options are separate products or options.

Included services listed for the three-hour package are food and drinks, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, flight information screens and television. Showers are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge; confirm the shower entitlement for your voucher. A private resting area at T4 Departures costs extra. Do not assume access to paid facilities at other terminals.

Access and location: the lounge is airside in Terminal 4 Departures, Level 2. The operator currently identifies its entrance opposite Gates 10a and 10b. Follow current airport signs and confirm the location on your issued voucher. Published T4 opening hours are daily 05:00–22:00. Check that your flight and security arrangements allow access to this terminal before planning the visit. Connecting passengers need an onward boarding pass; airline check-in opening times can limit how early you reach the lounge.

Entry: present the mobile voucher and passport directly at the lounge for the specified date and time. Children aged 18 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Confirm the applicable child category, especially at age two, and any accessibility assistance before travel; the channel wording and the operator's complimentary-child boundary differ.

Cancellation: the supplier states a 100% cancellation charge within 24 hours before the activity, in local time. That statement does not establish free cancellation earlier than 24 hours. Confirm earlier cancellation, amendment and no-show conditions with ReoTrip for the B2B booking.
