Standard admission to the London Dungeon, an English-language theatrical walk through London's dark history. Transport and personal spending are excluded. This standard selection does not include the separately offered Screams and Spirits package or a confirmed drink benefit.

Using your ticket: present the mobile voucher at the London Dungeon and exchange it for a physical ticket, following the issuing supplier's instructions. The voucher is for the specified visit date and time; re-entry after leaving is not permitted. Address: County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB. Waterloo Underground station is about a five-minute walk away.

Age rules: admission starts at age 5; ages 5–15 need a paying adult, and the adult fare applies from age 16. The venue requires the accompanying adult to be at least 18. The recommended age is 12+, which is a suitability recommendation rather than the minimum admission age.

Venue information checked on 12 September 2026: allow about 75 minutes plus queuing. The optional Drop Dead ride requires a height of at least 1.4 m and the ability to sit upright and brace; users must manage stairs and transfer without assistance. The ride is unsuitable during pregnancy or with heart/pacemaker, back/neck, broken-limb, photosensitive-epilepsy or other conditions aggravated by riding. Ask the venue about individual access needs; ride operation is not guaranteed.
