Sunset tour with cable car and picnic at Mount Teide

About this activity

Discover the beauty of Mount Teide, Spain’s highest peak, on an unforgettable sunset trek and stargazing experience. Begin with a cable car ride up the volcano and hike towards the stunning Pico Viejo viewpoint, where Teide’s shadow stretches across the Atlantic all the way to Gran Canaria. As the sun sets, the night sky reveals one of Europe’s clearest views of the stars, far from Tenerife’s city lights. With telescopes available for a closer look at the universe, you'll be in awe of the wonders above. To make your experience even better, add an optional picnic, perfect for enjoying under the breathtaking stars. This is a night on Teide you won’t forget!
