During this superhealthy hands-on workshop, you will be guided to prepare your own tropical salad from the microgreens, and enjoy it live garnished with other vegetables foraged from the farm. You will also take home a microgreens kit, bursting with incredible levels of nutrition, and learn about how to grow them well.
