About this activity

1. Your private guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby around 8:00 AM, or at your preferred selected time. 2. Your private driver will take you to the Terracotta Army Museum located in Lintong. 3. Upon arrival at the museum, you will enjoy approximately 2.5 hours of visiting time. The Terracotta Army pits are burial pits for the mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Three pits have been discovered, numbered Pit 1, Pit 2, and Pit 3. There are nearly 8,000 pottery figures and horses, similar in size to real people and horses, in the three pits. The pottery figures are all different in image and vivid in expression. They are a pearl in the history of ancient Chinese sculpture art and are known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World" and "one of the great discoveries in the archaeological history of the 20th century." 4. After the Terracotta Army visit, your private driver will drive you back to Xi'an city. Afterwards, you will visit your choice of two city attractions with your private guide. 5. At the end of the day, your guide and driver will take you back to your hotel.
