Departing from Lanzhou, the first stop is the Shuimo Danxia Tourist Area. The scenic area is approximately 13 kilometers from the city center, about a half-hour drive. Shuimo Danxia is dominated by the Hongshanwan landform, with unique landscapes such as Danxia cliffs and isolated peaks. It is a rare original ecological landscape in the arid northwest region.
In the morning, it is recommended to take a sightseeing bus to visit Shuimo Danxia, exploring attractions such as the Silk Road Ancient Route and Danteng Lansheng, and admire the colorful Danxia landforms.
After lunch, continue to the Yellow River Stone Forest Geopark, about a two-hour drive. The Yellow River Stone Forest integrates geomorphological geology, natural landscapes, and human history. The stone forest group is cleverly integrated with landscapes such as the Yellow River and deserts, presenting a unique natural landscape.
At the Yellow River Stone Forest, take an electric cart to explore the Yinmagou Grand Canyon, and admire natural landscapes such as the Lion's Pass and the Eagle's的回首.
