Depart from Lijiang Old Town in the morning and head to Tiger Leaping Gorge (Shangri-La section), a spectacular canyon on the Jinsha River known for its steep cliffs. Experience the awe-inspiring power of nature with a visit to this site. After approximately 2 hours of exploration, proceed to Lashi Lake. At Lashi Lake, begin with a horseback ride along the Ancient Tea Horse Road, a journey through pristine forests and ancient Naxi villages, recreating the glorious history of the ancient horse caravans. After approximately 1 hour of horseback riding, arrive at Lashi Lake Wetland Park, the first nature reserve in Yunnan Province named after "wetland." The beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains is perfect for strolling, taking photos, and enjoying the tranquil natural landscape. (Please note: Horse riding fees are to be paid on-site.) The entire tour lasts approximately 8 hours. Enjoy a Naxi-flavored lunch along the way (meals at your own expense).
