The Metropolitan Museum of Art Tour in New York

About this activity

This guided tour of The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York pairs museum entry with a guide who leads the group through selected galleries. The Met stands on Fifth Avenue at the edge of Central Park and holds one of the largest art collections in the world, ranging from ancient Egyptian objects and classical sculpture to European painting and American decorative arts. A guided visit is a practical way to see major works in a building too large to cover in a single visit. The listed option includes both the entry ticket and the guided tour.
