Hamilton on Broadway — Rear Mezzanine Sides Ticket

About this activity

Experience Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, 226 W 46th St, New York, NY 10036. This selection includes one Rear Mezzanine Sides ticket, live entertainment tax and handling fees. Transport, food, drinks and personal expenses are excluded. The production's current running time is approximately 2 hours 45 minutes including intermission; the supplier's 150-minute description is outdated.

Admission and seats Use the separate electronic admission ticket accessed through the link in the confirmation email, not the booking voucher. Check the seat allocation on that ticket. If it will not open, seek help from the theatre box office. Arrive early for admission checks; late seating is at the theatre's discretion. Specific seat numbers cannot be selected. Request companions together and confirm the actual allocation before promising adjacent seats. The supplier states that seat details are sent within 48 hours of confirmation and that dissatisfaction with the assigned seat does not itself qualify for a refund. Verify delivery and the issued ticket before travel.

Age and access The production and theatre currently require guests to be at least 5, with their own ticket, and recommend age 10+ because of strong language. The selected supplier description still says 4+; do not promise admission for a four-year-old without resolving this discrepancy. The selected Rear Mezzanine seats require stairs. Wheelchair spaces are in the Orchestra and are not included in this seat category. Check accompaniment requirements for minors. Outside food and drinks are generally prohibited, with medical needs to be discussed with the venue.

Validity and cancellation Use the issued ticket only on its confirmed date and time. The selected public supplier package states a full refund for cancellation at least 3 days before the selected activity date. Confirm the exact B2B cancellation cutoff and amendment rules before promising a refund or change.
