Meeting and entry Arrive 20 minutes before the confirmed start at the Arc du Carrousel, Place du Carrousel, 75001 Paris. With the Louvre pyramid behind you, meet on the right side of the arch at the garden end. Look for the Paris City Vision sign and a red jacket. Show the voucher to the host; do not enter the museum independently. No individual electronic ticket for direct entry is supplied. Eligibility and visit conditions The name on the ticket must match valid identification, which may be checked. The package states that children aged 0–2 are free, but the exact adult/child fare boundary still needs confirmation. Groups have up to 20 participants. The Louvre is closed on Tuesdays. Re-entry is not allowed, and large luggage or suitcases are prohibited; lockers are available for small items.
