The Shanghai Zoo has more than 600 kinds of animals, including various animal exhibition areas such as amphibians and reptiles, herbivores, beasts, and birds, as well as exhibition halls such as the Science and Education Museum, the Goldfish Gallery, and the Butterfly House, as well as Swan Lake with reeds, where pelicans, swans, mandarin ducks and other birds inhabit. The whole park is full of flowers and leaves, and the environment is elegant. There are also small rivers flowing through it.
