One-day tour of the Ganjia Secret Realm and Labrang Monastery in Lanzhou

In the morning, depart from Lanzhou city and drive to the Ganjia Secret Realm. Located in Ganjia Town, Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, the Ganjia Secret Realm boasts a unique geological structure and abundant natural landscapes, such as cliffs, grasslands, and plateau lakes.

After visiting the Ganjia Secret Realm, head to Xiahe County to visit Labrang Monastery. Labrang Monastery is one of the six major monasteries of the Gelug School of Tibetan Buddhism and is known as the "World Tibetan Academy." Here, you can follow free guided tours organized by monks to gain an in-depth understanding of the history and culture of Tibetan Buddhism.

In the afternoon, proceed to Sangke Grassland. Sangke Grassland is the closest alpine meadow grassland to Lanzhou, with lush water and grass, and elegant scenery. Here, you can capture the beautiful scenery of the grassland wetlands, experience the life of herdsmen, and feel the tranquility and harmony of nature.
